Due to the nature of cargo claims, the process is unique to each case.

Depending on the type of claim and value involved, we may:

  • ask for additional information
  • appoint an independent loss adjuster to deal with the claim
  • arrange for member of our claims team to visit you.

We will provide you with guidance and advice on the claims process and acknowledge and proactively manage third parties on your behalf.
